If you come from México City:

  • For your visit at the weekend, it's better to leave on Friday before 19:00 pm or Saturday morning to avoid traffic.
 
If you come from México State:
  • You can take the road to Pirámides - Tulancingo to reach the Arco Norte, which will take you to San Martín Texmelucan and thence to Puebla Capital.
 
If you come from Pachuca, Hidalgo:
  • Take the road to Tulancingo with direction to Pirámides til joining the Arco Norte, and from there in direction to San Martín Texmelucan.
 
If you come from Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende or Querétaro:
  • You can take the Arco Norte to San Martin Texmelucan, and thence to Puebla Capital.
 
Note: If you're traveling on Tuesday morning you should know that in San Martin Texmelucan takes place the "Tianguis" on that day, increasing traffic in this area of the road to Puebla Capital.
 
If you come from Veracruz:
  • Xalapa-Veracruz highway connects with the one which goes to Perote. Follow the road that goes to Amozoc, and then take the junction Veracruz - Mexico to get to Puebla Capital.
 
Recommendation if you come from Veracruz or Oaxaca:
  • Please note that on Fridays and Sundays after 16:00 h. increased traffic from Tepeaca to Amozoc.
